Job Title: Finance Administrator
Buisson Creative is seeking a Finance Administrator who will maintain basic bookkeeping services and manage administrative duties for a boutique advertising and public relations firm. The firm requires an in-house manager who is interested in working part-time, 20-30 hours per week.

Duties:
Job responsibilities will include all aspects of the company’s business and accounting duties, including:
Managing and reconciling balance sheet accounts
Managing the company’s financial accounts, payroll, budget, cash receipts and financial assets
Making accounts payable and accounts receivable entries
Managing relationships and contracts with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring items are invoiced and paid timely
Producing monthly financial reports
Employing financial controls designed to mitigate risk
Renewing business licenses and permits
Working with tax CPAs and insurance companies
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
Maintaining office systems and supervising staff
Monitoring and maintaining insurance, 401K and Simple IRA contributions, vacation and sick time records
Developing standards and procedures, measuring results, and making necessary adjustments
Overseeing adherence to office policies and procedures
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should employ excellent organizational and communication skills. The position requires at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience with proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Excel. Familiarity with reconciling accounting systems for CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
Compensation:
This is an in-office position with no remote or hybrid opportunity.
Part-Time between $38,000 - $45,000
