Job Title: Finance Administrator

Buisson Creative is seeking a Finance Administrator who will maintain basic bookkeeping services and manage administrative duties for a boutique advertising and public relations firm. The firm requires an in-house manager who is interested in working part-time, 20-30 hours per week.

Duties:

Job responsibilities will include all aspects of the company’s business and accounting duties, including:

  • Managing and reconciling balance sheet accounts

  • Managing the company’s financial accounts, payroll, budget, cash receipts and financial assets

  • Making accounts payable and accounts receivable entries

  • Managing relationships and contracts with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring items are invoiced and paid timely

  • Producing monthly financial reports

  • Employing financial controls designed to mitigate risk

  • Renewing business licenses and permits

  • Working with tax CPAs and insurance companies

  • Assisting with budgeting and forecasting

  • Maintaining office systems and supervising staff

  • Monitoring and maintaining insurance, 401K and Simple IRA contributions, vacation and sick time records

  • Developing standards and procedures, measuring results, and making necessary adjustments

  • Overseeing adherence to office policies and procedures

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should employ excellent organizational and communication skills. The position requires at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience with proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Excel. Familiarity with reconciling accounting systems for CRM/ERP systems is a plus. 

Compensation:

This is an in-office position with no remote or hybrid opportunity.
Part-Time between $38,000 - $45,000
